82-086 Legacy Keyed Handle Set, 3-15/16" (1-1/8" to 2-1/2")

15 year old tan colored hardware trim parts & screws needed for 2 patio doors. I'm willing to purchase lock sets also. I'm a remodeling contractor.

It says SASH CONTROLS FERNDALE MI on the backside of the handle. It also says 2265 Taiwan US patent 5125709 DS40,398 I need a a full replacement with latch.

I need to replace the mortise lock if f my door lock, and do not what part to ask for exactly

Would the 82-265 and 82-086 be the correct replacement hardware?

I'm trying to install a 82-086 lock set on a patio door. The lock is a 33432 and there's not enough space in the slot for the latch and key spindles to pass through. Do I need a 82-218 mortise lock and are the spindles supposed to both pass through the slot. Thanks Mike

I noticed that the lock was getting more difficult to lock from the outside with a key. Today when I shut it from the inside and locked it, the white lock lever came out and one of the pins had broken off. Do you ship just the replacement locking lever that slides into the mortise? ... (cont.)

Is the lock lever reversible such that it an move up/down while being away from the latch mechanism (opposite of depiction)?

Hello,our sliding door handle needs to be replaced. It is stamped sash controls farndale. Model 22650, US patent 5125703D340.398. Latch is offset. Door thickness is 1 1/4". Do you sell replacement for this part, ideally with keyes? Thanks Veronika

Hi. Stress on handle finally caused screw to break. Attempts to remove did not work. No names or part numbers that I can find.

Looking for a replacement door handle. I have a Champion Patio Door installed by the previous owner of our house. I do not see any part #'s on this part. Are you able to help me out? Let me know what other info you need, I can try and get it.
