82-086 Legacy Keyed Handle Set, 3-15/16" (1-1/8" to 2-1/2")

When I try to remove the screws that hold the handle on the door, they keep spinning. The sleeve on the outside is turning too. How can I get those screws out so I can replace the handles.

I need parts to help repair this door, looked all over . No luck. I would like to put a new door handle set up on the door if I can't get the parts needed. Door latch lever broke Screws missing below to keep handle sturdy

We need to replace a lock mechanism for a Jeld Wen Premium Vinyl Sliding Patio Door. the mechanism, pictures attached is about 12" long including the area holding the silver part.

We ordered 3 82-086 legacy keyed handled sets and would like them to be all keyed alike. How would we accomplish this?

Unknown manufacturer as I have only been sent a photo of this needed repair. Any info would be helpful. I will be travelling to door location to physically assess, but have not been able to yet.

I bought a home depot replacement for what is shown and it isn't working well. I'm hoping you have an exact replacement. Unfortunately the parts have already been thrown away. I think it might be your Product Code: 82-086. Can you confirm?-Mike
