Image #3135 above shows a black hole where our locking latch fell out. Not sure what it's called exactly. Seeking replacement unit for sliding door handle

I am looking to replace this Sliding Door Handle. Do I need to get the exact replacement or is there another Sliding Door Handle that will work? If there is another replacement do I need to replace everything? Thanks

We purchased this door through Lowe's around 2012. I believe the part number to replace the locking mechanism is 82-265 and if required (more than likely will just go ahead and replace) the "keeper" 82-249. I believe there are some parts that broke inside the strike bolt mechanism on the edge of the door. to describe the parts the side handle is 22 inches long and 1 1/4 inches wide at the base.
