Casement window, the guide snapped off.

This is from a Milgard casement window purchased in 2006.

I've been try to find a replacement hinge set for a casement window it appears to be a truth 2 bar hinge. The length is 13" I've only been able to find a 14" and 10". The only numbers I have found on it are 40986. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Tyron

Its a casement plastic slide track bottom guide that has broken Do you provide this part?

Hi. This little black piece, which says Roto" on it, goes in the glide channel to help the window close. It attaches to the arm mechanism which in turn is attached to the window. The broken off piece has GO41000. Thank you for any assistance!

Hello, looking this Truth hinge. Part numbers are 31862, 31858. Main assembly doesn't have a part number but it looks like part of the Maxim series. Date on the main crank assembly is 11/10/17 08:34 A. I only the hinge, you can see where it broke on pictures. Thanks, -Leon

This is a 14" Truth hinge, picture is of the left side. Numbers stamped on the parts are 31704 and 30128. I will be buying to sets, 2 windows. I recently bought the operators from you, didn't buy these because I didn't have those pictures or dimensions at that time.

The picture with the window attached are the parts I need. The picture of the window removed is the parts I have. It is a truth window and are stamped right and left. It is 14 3/4" long if I just buy a new 14" hinge will that work?

Thanks for writing in. For your awning operator, take a look at our 39-083. Compare the dimensions listed with your old operator to see if it's a match. If you need a crank handle, see our 39-114L. Arm has come off window, looks like rivet came out, does the window have to be replace or can the arm be re attached

the sliding hinge has HG04-2000 on it and says ROTO. The crank is 4 inches and the 2 arms have 3019 and 3108. What would be a replacement for this.
