Hinge is @ 10 inches long on the bottom. It looks like the hinge has rusted and broken off as the window will not open or close properly. Hinge length @ 10 inches. First screw @ 1 and 1/8 inch in. The part that is attached to the base corner just moves freely. Is it suppose to have a runner? It is the same on the top and bottom.

1976 Andersen Wood Casement need to upgrade to Corrosion-Resistant hinges. It has a straight arm operator. Just some video help or instructions. I have the hinges but may be wrong.

The bottom part of the window (I believe is the top and bottom hinge sets) is a bit rusty and needs to be replaced with new parts. Would you recommend what parts I need? Thanks, Chris

I require a replacement upper hinge for a Truth brand window hardware.It looks like I need a pair of hinges PN: 36-004-10 or PN:36-004-14. Mine is actually 12" on the side that attaches to the window sill.I look forward to hearing from you.Be Safe,Paul

Have 2 bathroom crank out windows that will open with no problem but when closing they will stop with a couple inches left before completely closed and the crank will just turn as if stripped. At the bottom of the window (which appears to be controlled by 39-031 and/or 39-032 (I have two left windows and two right windows) there is a metal track and a guide that allows the bottom of the window to slide toward center as it opens. Hi, Trying help me son with Roto window fell out. I noticed bent crank out arm and one arms will not go in hole. Pin appears to be flanged to stay in hole. Some of others are held together with screw. I like order top and bottom assembly,hope you can help Thanks Mike
