I contacted you guys a while back about this. Someone got back to me and told me to get part 36-004-10. It's not the right part. Anyway, is there one that is closer to what is on these windows? Thanks

Do these hinges have adjustable snap stud? Are these available in adjustable non stainless?

The crank I can identify but the hardware the connects to the window is the issue.i need the pivot, the slide and the connection hardware.

I need the bottom hardware for a Craftline Casement wood windows. The metal guide attached to frame is 10", the plate attached to the bottom of the window with plastic slide attached is 7 3/4", and the arm attached to this plate that snaps onto the frame guide is 5 1/2". I have several single-arm crank windows that require the 10 " Stainless Steel Bar hinge replacement. The writing on the black arm indicates Wright 07900. The windows don't fully open and difficult to close without pulling on the window. If you have the parts, is this something easy to replace? Wo ... (cont.)

The parts I purchased earlier did not solve my problem. The photos show the bottom of the window sash and the frame. One of the arms is rusted and broken. I need both the part attached to the sash and the other attached to the frame. Are you able to help?

Enclosed are two photos. The right window works fine. The left one has a rusted broken bracket. The flat bracket attached to the sill is 10 inches. I'd like to replace the entire hinge mechanism. Are you able to tell me the proper part? Thanks. Leonard

I've been working on this a while now. The window glass, as you can see, says the windows are Andersen. However, the operators and the hinges don't match any Andersen parts at all. Looking for the black piece in the pictures. It is for Certainteed awning windows. It slides up and down in a track when you open and close the windows.

I have a broken casement window that needs an operator and hinges. The window was installed in 1998 and the only number I can find is on the operator ( 30905).
