I have this track that is similar to your 11 3/8 entrygard track. Except mine is 13 3/8 long. The holes are 4 inches apart. The end holes are 3/8 from the ends. Do you have one of this size?

Hello, I have ordered parts but keep realizing that I am still missing parts. This time it's the one with the red dot. It basically supports the window when opened. I hope this helps

rail is 10 " and the screw holes match up with the part number you have listed as Product Code: 36-004-10 but the arm is 5-7/8" long rather than 5-1/4" and is attached in a different location.

Attached are 2 photos of the the bottom hinge of my window (inside and outside views). The window has 2 panes and is approximately 34' x 34" casement. The #31858 Truth is stamped on the hinge assembly. The base plate is 12" long for both the bottom and top hinges. I note that 10" appears to be more ... (cont.)

From '94 in eastern Mass. The part which attaches to the bottom corner of the window pane, and slides side to side, is rusted/corroded on several windows. Swisco:Eagle Casement Window Crank "skips" when the window is about 2/3 open.Looks like the rotary gear is moved aside by the worm gear when cranking at about the 2/3 open position.Any idea what parts I need to correct this?
