It appears that I have a broken clip on my Hurd Casement window. The "Clip" will not stay in the channel, and I think it's the black plastic piece that may have partially broken. Do you have this part?

The part has "Truth 30744" on it. It has a round part that goes in the slider, while the recommended parts on your website have either a square or rectangular part. Can you tell me which arm set would replace the one in the picture?

My window sash moves all the way to the side wall of the window when it's fully open. I need a 10-inch and a 14-inch version.

Grayco window will allow me to crank out window but not crank it back in. there also appears to be a broken piece of black plastic that keeps window in track seen in image 8993. The window was installed in 1998, not sure if the manufacturer was Patriot? The label is from the window. It still works, but has significant rust.

I have this track that is similar to your 11 3/8 entrygard track. Except mine is 13 3/8 long. The holes are 4 inches apart. The end holes are 3/8 from the ends. Do you have one of this size?
