Looking to replace the hinge hinges

There is a nylon (?) shuttle with a brass pin, broken on another window. This looks like one on your website. There are numbers you can see.

I purchased the Entrygard Dual arm operators 39-155 and 39-156 . On the original arm there was a stamp 20755. These work great. thank you. Now I need the top arm. ? bar hinge?? can you tell what parts I need to order? is it the 36-004-10?

I also have many window cranks labeled 2108 for Anderson windows that have broke. I've attached photos. I'm in need of replacements but am having a hard time finding them. The plastic piece in the handle has broken off as well on most windows. Thank you,Kim

Can you identify the window part labeled 8490. It includes the slider shoe (which breaks). Is there a replacement available? Window takes two. If not available, can you recommend a work around? Thanks.

We have a 20+ year old casement window with a broken hinge. The operator still works. Unfortunately the little black plastic piece broke and has rendered the window inoperable. The existing truth hardware operates fine if removed from the window. If attached then only works to open the window and can't close. Looks like the thread but pops up
