Can you identify the window part labeled 8490. It includes the slider shoe (which breaks). Is there a replacement available? Window takes two. If not available, can you recommend a work around? Thanks.

We have a 20+ year old casement window with a broken hinge. The operator still works. Unfortunately the little black plastic piece broke and has rendered the window inoperable.
