The windows are hard t open, house sits off the ocean water, so could be the salt in the air, affected the operation, especially since previous owners didnt maintain the windows

Need replacement hinges for casement windows.

Casement bay windows: some are hard to open, possibly due to cleaning and needing lubricant. Others dont open or close well due t parts. When opening the window, the arms work fine. However the part that the window glides open/closed on isn't connected to the window and looks to be rusted and broken. If yiu need more pictures please let me know.

I had gotten an operator from Swisco this fall. I have another part here for you. Same windows as before. Exterior left hand side bottom hinge.

There is a nylon (?) shuttle with a brass pin, broken on another window. This looks like one on your website. There are numbers you can see.

I purchased the Entrygard Dual arm operators 39-155 and 39-156 . On the original arm there was a stamp 20755. These work great. thank you. Now I need the top arm. ? bar hinge?? can you tell what parts I need to order? is it the 36-004-10?

I also have many window cranks labeled 2108 for Anderson windows that have broke. I've attached photos. I'm in need of replacements but am having a hard time finding them. The plastic piece in the handle has broken off as well on most windows. Thank you,Kim
