I have two broken window cranks that I am trying to replace. The two windows look like the same brand even though they're different colors, however I can't find any identification at all. Failing identification, are their "universal" hand cranks I can but that would work? Any help would be greatly a ... (cont.)

All I have are pictures and a measurement for length of multi point. The multipoint length is 39".

Hi, I have vinyl crank windows and I would like to buy a casement window operator to replace the broken one that I have. Please see the photos that I have uploaded.
