I have three operators that are stripped. The horizontal opening window is a Truth #41016. The two (2) right opening windows are Truth. #41011. Arms are a dark color- probably black. What is the trick to removing the screws from the operators as they are under the sash area? Is there a special ... (cont.)

I'm looking for casement window operators for my Milgard windows. The long arm seems to be near 10.5" and the short arm near 5"...(approx length) Milgard windows are probably from mid 1980s.

These are off a milgard casement window, circa 2005-2010. I need a new geared crank, and about 40 of those white plastic guides.

The glide, or slider, that fits on the end of the crank and connects to the bottom of the window is missing. Because of this we can't open or close the window with the crank. Looking for the lower hinges, maybe 2 of each operators and 2 white handles to start. More orders will follow as most windows on property are in need of repair. Looks like a Paradigm window. Looking for a replacement window crank, thanks

4 out of 5 of our window cranks are broken. There are no names or numbers on any of the parts. Can anyone help with what replacement parts would possibly fit?

I'm looking for what I believe would be a stud pivot arm. It's 7-1/4" on each of the flat parts. It's from a staneck window. I have a picture if it helps. Do you have a crank handle that fits this MI 9770 Series window. It is a dual arm. All works well, I just need a crank handle. It shows that it originally came with a folding handle. Please let me know if you can help. Thank you.

It is not easy to remove window handle brown cover. Is it part of system and I need to remove window wood sill member to be able to remove cover with operating system? Thanks for your help

Greetings, I no longer am able to open window without slightly pushing the window open. When opening the window, the crank gets stuck. Slightly pushing the window out enables me to further turn the crank. Can you pls provide the product number for this item. Many thanks, Chris

I have a truth encore encasement window which needs a regular. It has "Truth" and 31858 on the operator. I've not removed the operator. Can you tell if it's the 39-438B or the other one with smaller clip on the end of the long arm. Attached are a couple pics. Thanks in advance. Randy. ... (cont.)

The problem I am having with my SeasonShield casement windows is the handle does not stay in the base. Once I can turn the handle, the mechanical parts work fine. I have 8700 SeasonShield Casement Windows 335.5 x 71.5" purchased in 2/2006 I am Ok with replacing the complete opener as long as I can a ... (cont.)

The casement operator appears to be stripped as the handle spins and will not open or close the windows. I need approximately 10 sets and will identify the amount of right or left handed if you can identify the part. Thanks, Bill

There was a 40986 stamped on one of the arms. The window is a Milgard Classic from 1999.
