I have a 2'x 4' Milgard Manufacturing window. My home was built around 2001. Viewing the window from inside the house, the window opens on the right hand side with hinges on the left. The crank no longer cranks the window closed, and the latch handle on the right side of the window has broken off. ... (cont.)

So the inside gears are warn out.

In need of replacing the crank operation mechanism as shown in pics for 24" wide window. Also need additional crank handles for tenants that lose or break them.Thanks for the help.

I'm helping a friend get his house ready to sell. His front window, will open fine, but you need to pull on the window and crank the handle to turn. Looks like the gears on the regulator are very worn. I believe the it is a Minnkota window. It is a large picture window in the front of his house ... (cont.)

This operator got a bit "sloppy" and I was able to adjusted with a hammer. But I would like to replace it . The long arm is about 11 1/2 inches long. That's about what I know.

Looking to replace this window crank. The gears on the wheel are stripped. It is a 25 inch wide window that opens and closes and 27 inch frame.

I need to replace 2 window cranks and I need help identifying the correct brand and parts I need. The crank will open the window and close the window about 75% of the way before it stops and the handle just spins without finishing closing the window.

Pictured is a Left Hand however I need a Right Hand. Can this come with a folding crank Handle? Thanks, Walt
