Hello Swisco,I am in need of left and right crank mechanisms for my L and R casement Windows. Your 39-253LB and RB may be what I need, but value your opinion. The old mechanisms have the words TRUTH and Entry Gard on the long arm.Regards, Jim

I ordered the Encore Dual Arm Operator and I received and installed that ,it is very good but for remove the cover I have problem. All the video that I watched remove the cover it is very easy but I tried all the way that they recommend but it did not work ,now you can tell me I can the old part ... (cont.)

Hi! The windows in our rental home have broken cranks but we can't identify any sort of manufacture on the windows except somewhere is says, "Koto." Dimensions on the crank mount are 5 and 1/4 inches by 1 and 1/4 inches.
