39-253LB Encore Dual Arm Operator, Sill Mount

I bought several of the Encore Dual Arm Operators (part 39-438a & b) but the black piece on the end of them does not fit into the tracks I have which are exactly like the Truth tracks you have in the catalog 14.5" long. What track do I have to have that will fit the Encore Operators?Thanks.Ron ... (cont.)

Weather stripping is just dry rotting and it just fits into a slot in the window. The crank works until you get to the point of closing the window all the way.It looks like the gears are just above catching at the end so you can crank the window shut. Thanks Marty

Hi I am missing the cover to this handle and believe its a wood window maybe Pella, Anderson or Marvin.Any help would be grateful

Good Afternoon - When you turn the handle to close the window it feels like something is "stripped." It will not close the last four inches unless we push it from the exterior. This "stripped" feeling comes from the handle crank.Thank you!Sarah

I need to replace a dual arm casement operator. It is from a Revere window and has the number 1491-220B. The arms are numbered R S-1491-265 and 260.

No markings that I can see. Not sure how to remove the operator. Cover won't come off.

Need end pieces and the "hump" on the bar is different on the old one. The first image my operator is the one in the middle, the 39-352 was to loose to fit on the operator. Please help me identify what i need.

Not certain what type of crank hinge this is. It has a slide track under the window as well as one along the frame. It appears to have 3 arms. Can you help me please?Thank you,Dave

The operator doesn't close the windows completely, stays one inch open the wheels are not lined up anymore. I am a second owner without warranty service from Milgard. I need two left (from outside) operators. Do you also have installation instructions. Thank you. Andreas
