I have a few operators that work to open the window and close the window up until the last 3-4 inches or so. I have to help the window close by pulling it in. The operators I purchased are the correct replacement size of my current operators except for the black piece on the end of the long arm. My old ones just had a metal post without the black part. Do you have a window track that fits for these? My current tracks on the windows are the Truth ones th ... (cont.)

I bought several of the Encore Dual Arm Operators (part 39-438a & b) but the black piece on the end of them does not fit into the tracks I have which are exactly like the Truth tracks you have in the catalog 14.5" long. Weather stripping is just dry rotting and it just fits into a slot in the window. The crank works until you get to the point of closing the window all the way.It looks like the gears are just above catching at the end so you can crank the window shut. Thanks Marty

Hi I am missing the cover to this handle and believe its a wood window maybe Pella, Anderson or Marvin.Any help would be grateful

Good Afternoon - When you turn the handle to close the window it feels like something is "stripped." It will not close the last four inches unless we push it from the exterior. This "stripped" feeling comes from the handle crank.Thank you!Sarah

I need to replace a dual arm casement operator. It is from a Revere window and has the number 1491-220B. The arms are numbered R S-1491-265 and 260.

No markings that I can see. Not sure how to remove the operator. Cover won't come off.
