Hi ... I am in need of all these pieces pictured. The only part I see a number on is the coil balance. I see the related parts that are used together but on the coil cover I believe it's called there is a narrow and a wide to choose from. I have two coil balances on 2 identical windows with broken pivot shoes. One is the right side and the other is on the left side. They are 1 1/4 wide and the coil spring attaches to the pivot shoe with a screw. Could you please recommend a suitable replacements? Thanks!

I have 2 Simonton replacement windows that have recently snapped. Here are some pictures of one of the broken counterweights and one that is still in tact. These are both from upper windows.

hi. I cannot find any numbers or names on these broken pieces. the windows themselves say simonton on the locks. clearly the metal 'spring' has snapped! can you please help me figure out which parts I need to order to replace and make our windows work again!

Hi, Last week, the window stopped going up after several inches, I would guess that the bent spring (from the right side of the window stopped it). Hello, I have Simoton Windows where the plastic shoe is starting to break on the window balancer. Can I pruchase the shoe seperately? Thank You

The balance is for the upper sash in a double hung vinyl frame window. The glass is double pane, about 38" x 20". See the above name tag attached to the frame. Hello - I am in need of assistance, I have attached pieces of my simonton window that broke. I ordered item #26-336 pivot bar and #15-111 pivot shoe, but they were not correct for my window. Can you assist?

Not sure but I think these are sliverline windows that are about 10 years old
