I am having difficulty locating this part, the isn't a part number on it and I don't know the window manufacturer. If you can help me that would be great.

hi. I cannot find any numbers or names on these broken pieces. the windows themselves say simonton on the locks. clearly the metal 'spring' has snapped! can you please help me figure out which parts I need to order to replace and make our windows work again!

Hello, I need to replace the coil balance assembly, pivot bar and pivot shoe for Simonton window top and bottom. I have attached pictures of the parts and window numbers. I have no idea what the number is on the coils but it appears to be double coils. Anne

Hi, Last week, the window stopped going up after several inches, I would guess that the bent spring (from the right side of the window stopped it). Hello, I have Simoton Windows where the plastic shoe is starting to break on the window balancer. Can I pruchase the shoe seperately? Thank You

The balance is for the upper sash in a double hung vinyl frame window. The glass is double pane, about 38" x 20". See the above name tag attached to the frame. Hello - I am in need of assistance, I have attached pieces of my simonton window that broke. I ordered item #26-336 pivot bar and #15-111 pivot shoe, but they were not correct for my window. Can you assist?

The plastic piece that screws into the sash spring assembly is broken. This is the weak link in the design as 5 of these pieces have broken on the house. The broken part is the rounded cup that holds the metal piece that the bottom window slides into. I just need the plastic piece. The springs ar ... (cont.)
