The windows are in a state of disrepair. Broken shoes and coils. Would like to replace the coils and pivot shoes. We have 10 sashes. 5 x 25lbs (these appeared to have two coils like this one) 3 x 33.5lbs and 2 x 32.5lbs (these have 3 coils on each side) Would replace both sides as recommended. ... (cont.)

I believe this is a pivot shoe but I'm not sure the parts I need. No numbers or markings on it. Thank you for any help!

I ordered a part for this - which I received yesterday - but I apparently didn't get the correct part based on my conversation with customer service. Pívot shoe 15-259 has a depth of 13/16 (actual .840), which is greater than 13/16 almost 27/32. Coil support is the recommended support and has a measurement of 13/16. If the pívot shoe is greater than the coil support, how will these work together?

Can you tell me which pivot I need to order to replace this broken piece. I included the bar code that I found on the side of the window.

I see the related parts that are used together but on the coil cover I believe it's called there is a narrow and a wide to choose from. I have two coil balances on 2 identical windows with broken pivot shoes. One is the right side and the other is on the left side. They are 1 1/4 wide and the coil spring attaches to the pivot shoe with a screw. Could you please recommend a suitable replacements? Thanks!

I have 2 Simonton replacement windows that have recently snapped. Here are some pictures of one of the broken counterweights and one that is still in tact. These are both from upper windows.
