Have SEMCO windows and some balances have failed. Have taken the balances out of a larger window and its part number is DB J03 TGX T (the J03 is stamped across compared to the rest of the number). Are replacement balances available?

I need to raise these to ingage the window

Per the associate I am working with, she said the blue end attachment is signs this is a custom.

Bought from Swissco the wrong balances. I hadn't removed the original before ordering. I bought the 24TG, 750 when I think I needed the 751. Can you confirm based on these images? The pivot pin on the window is shaped like a triangle. Thank you, Dan

I have a Semco tilt window and when the bottom window is opened and raised, the top window comes down. Have to assume the part I see in the track needs to be replaced. Anita

Hi, I'm looking for this Channel balance. It is labeled 0711 UNIQUE 27-E-50. It is a tilt balance for a double hung LePage window. The balance is square not ribbed. It hangs via a clip at the top of the jamb liner. Thank you
