I need a special order quote for the following balancers: Tilt window ribbed , Weathershield Total of 12- stamped 31TG with blue locking mechansim ( part 15-233 ) Total of 12- stamped 32TG with blu locking mechanism (part 15-233). DO you have this part? Not the blue part. The gray part. The gray part tilts when it's sitting in the blue part.

I cannot find the correct replacement for my broken Weather shield channel balance. The numbers on the window are in the pictures. It is 28" long and has a stamp of 27E. What part number do I need?

On the metal frame that the spring is in it has a number j. 36tg on it The instruction paper in the channel says K & K. Our home is 25 years old. Any help would surely be appreciated

Is a balance shoe available and can it be replaced or does the whole jam liner need to be replaced? Do you carry either the balance shoes or the jam liners?

Attached are images from Caradco windows that require parts to repair. Pivet shoes that have the measurements on the images and I believe the primary measurement is the thickness at 3/8" for the broken pivet shoe. Do you have a replacement for the attached Vetter pivot bar from 2006 ? Also wondering if you have the shoe ? Do you have a video on how to replace the shoe with the string attached to it ? Thank you very much for helping. Dave

Hi there: I am in need of the one set of pivot points and at 2 Cam Locks. The attached ictures of the parts are from a Weathershield Vision 2000 series window. This part is broke and it came out of the jamb liner for a Semco window. There is a string that attaches to it and the pegs on the bottom of the window sash set into this part.
