The arm which connects to the stud on the window is longer than the current broken part. Everything else is exactly the same. Is there another part or do I need to install the new stud bracket somehow?

Hello. I need to replace a pair of casement window crank operators. I don't know the manufacturer, but they are from the 1990s. Suggested 39-172, though his Link Arm is 4-1/2" and not 5" like ours. I guess cutting down and redrilling holes have to be done, thanks much.

I'm in need of replacement parts for this window operator. This is the Truth 40352 part. I tried the Trith Hardware Dyad operator 39-172 and 39-171, but the arms are too long on those and the window would not close. Is there something you have that is closer to the measurements I need? ... (cont.)

The only numbers are on the inside of the white crank/handle. It says 30614 and 30893. The existing window from the interior has the hinge/pivot on the right and the latch/lock on the left. The "cranking" mechanism is stripped and the window does not function.

I purchased one each of the 39-187 & 39-188 operators. These are shown with a 5" arm. The ones I need to replace are an older style and the arm only measures 4 3/8". I am in need of a casement window crank 3.5 inches long. The smallest size that I have seen listed is a 5 inch crank. I cannot find any numbers or information on the old crank or window to know exactly what I need.

I need help with what hardware I need to repair my window cranks

Hello I am looking for a casment operator replacement for a window. It looks similar part #39-187 the Sash dyad Crank 5. The screw holes are at 5" separation but the arm on my unit is only 4.5" as noted in the picture. Will part# 39-187 still work? Any advice is appreciated.

I need 2 Left and 2 Right for each of these. Hopefully they will work with the existing hardware attached to the windows. If not, I'll need 2 complete sets.
