Left hand gold for casement window need .

Hello, I am looking for a replacement lock for a casement window. The lock has a part number of 40226. The interior frame of the double glazed pane says Crestopane, with numbers 78 and 88 stamped. Thanks for any information. -Pete

I was comparing my lock to the 38-097. the thickest part is 5/8,the thinner is 7/16 . How much r they? Maybe I?ll get 2 right and 2 left to Match . Can I return them if they don?t fit right. Thanks

Already order the replacement Operators and Handles from Swisco in white, and completely forgot about the other Brass. Want to replace these to match, two right, two left.

I ordered your par #38-089 to replace truth keeper #20622 The overall projection of the truth 20622 is about 1/8" more than the 38-089 and makes the sash lock extremely hard to close and puts too much strain on the sahs lock. I have a Caradco casement window. I need new sash locks for both sides and I want to change to White. There is a part number on the inside of the lock: 30838. Hope you can help. Many thanks Steve

I have old Craftline casement windows in my house. I would like to try replacing the window hardware before jumping into replacing all my windows. The window operator has the number 30744 on the arm. Can you tell me which SWISCO operators and locks I should purchase?

I recently painted my windows white so now I want white hardware. Pictures of the Truth hardware are attached. As you can see, the handle has been partially painted. I have a client that needs some replacement parts shown in the photos above. The only information I can find is AMS Norco Windows-D Series Clad Case/AWN Jel-N-330. Please let me know if you have something similar and the costs. Thanks for your help! Alan

Good afternoon, I own a construction company in Lake Geneva, Wi. We are working on a customer's house who has all wood Semco casement windows. House was built in 1978, guessing the windows are the same year. We are looking for (5) replacement handles that say Semco on them and (1)casement sash lo ... (cont.)

The latch came off and I can't snap it back in. I probably need a new unit. Windows might be Crestline - I don't see any identifiers.
