Hi, I have two windows that don't close all the way, when we are closing the windows one person has to go outside and push the window in, crank will not bring window in to full closed position. Thanks for your time! John

Hi Tom, I have Norco windows and need new crank arms. the ones I have need to be replaced, as they have to much sloop in them and they drift open and closed on their own. I've attached a pic of the mechanism and a label. any suggestions where I can buy 8 sets? Thank you
