I have some issues with some windows from Fibertec. For some the handle is spinning but the window does not open. Do I have to replace the whole mechanism or just the handle. ordered Product Code: 39-142 the measurements look correct but the holes on each piece are different. The holes on the replacement part that you recommend has holes on the face side. Mine only has holes on the inside see attached picture not sure if that will make a difference when installing in ... (cont.)

i have a stripped hand crank for a casement window. s swear it says "TRUTH" on the 9 inch handle. one difference i noticed is that there are no screws on the inside of the window to hold the crank in place, it is screwed in from outside toward the room. there photos look very similar but not perfe ... Need left and right crank.

Not sure of length needed or if they come in different lengths. From the interior looking out the operator is on the left side. The hinge is a Anderberg, but not sure what the operator is. Thanks for any help you can offer.

As near as I can tell this is what I Have Truth 40068 11 inch Single Arm Casement Operator, Right Hand, Rear Mount Dark Bronze Screw holes are 3-7/8" and 4-1/2" on center, 5-1/2" overall cast body I can not find a rear mount with 11" arm
