The length of the track on the wind is 13 3/4" the width of the bronze /gray opener is 5 5/8" Reason for this request is the wheel at the end of the opener keeps sliding off the track on the window at the mid point. I have 35 to 40 year old DUCANA windows(Chatham Ontario Canada company) The name TRUTH is stamped on the arm. I need both left and right cranks. I have found 9.5 inch and 13.5 inch and 11.5 inch cranks but the measurement as I read it is 11 inches. Center to center. Is it just poor measuring? Any h ... (cont.)

Hello, Looking for some replacement roto operators for aluminum casements

I have an after marked handle that slips onto the ribbed post but as the window gets harder to close the apparatus skips. Tried putting on the companion handle which was original with screw set but it did not solve the problem. Thinking I might have to replace the whole closing hardware. Not sure ... (cont.)

The operator arm (I think that's what it is called) is bent/twisted. I think I need to replace that and the bottom hinge or the egress window. The top one is working fine

Hello, Do you stock the Allen-head fasteners for the 39-022 Crank arm?

We are looking for replacement cranks on Kawneer aluminum window installed in 2003. The crank appears to be the same as the 39-139 with one exception. The fasteners attach from the back side and there are no visible holes in the face of the crank
