39-022 Rear Mount Casement Operator, 11"

The screw on one side pulled loose and doesn't remain in place when window is cranked open or closed. On the window locks are the letters P.G.T. on top of the lock and Venice, Fl on the bottom of the lock. The stamp on the arm is no longer legible.

We have a large bay window. The windows have 2 locks and a handcrank to open them. The left window does not open anymore. Hi this casement hinge has broken at the copper or brass fitting do they make this part as a replacement part? Both top and bottom hinges are broken in the same spot. Truth crank mechanism is broken. Installed in 1992. Part number listed on arm is 40067. Part number on crank handle is 45054.

The left casement window seems to be having a problem at the end of the crank's travel. Have sent a pic of the crank and the window as well as the sticker on the window. Thank you for your help. Bill
