My top to bottom mounting screws are 5-1/4" apart. The outer arm is 2-1/2" from hole-center to hole-center, and the bottom screws are 1-1/8" apart. I need this in white. You have all the facts. These windows say Silver line on them, albeit upside-down. They open just fine, but when trying to close them the handles just pop out.
