Truth casement operator detach clip
I need a truth operator detach clip. The one I have on the new casement operator is deformed and I can't get it to lock on the new stud plate I picked up from you awhile back. Replacement Casement Operator

Caradco casement window operating mechanisms
Hello, Trying to find correct replacement parts for Caradco casement windows. There are two different style operating mechanisms. Operator Cover and Window crank
I eyed up the old part and incorrectly ordered item number 39-155. Now that I took out the old part I see the new one won't fit. I can now see numbers stamped on the old crank: on the gear is 30844R and on the lever is 30842R and the word "TRUTH" is also stamped on the assembly. Could I return the u ... (cont.)

Carefully match up the operator you are replacing to the pictured 39-147 right hand or the 39-146 left hand. If you still have trouble figuring it out please feel free to send us a photo of the operator.

Dyad Window Operator, hardware attached to the handle pops out
If part of the operator is still attached to the handle and popping out from the gear it sound like the operator is broken. If this is the case the operator cannot be repaired only replaced.

After installation the window does not close all the way
I am trying to install a brand new 39-036 dyad window operator (right). The window opens to the left. After installtion, the window closes but still leaves a 6 inch gap. Does the operator and window have to be in a particular position for installation?
