I have those number at my window closer 30637, 20810, 40372 . what is the mach number for your parts . i need 3 sets. Are those number belong to entry gard closer. thank you

The spiral mechanism that connects with the gears that move and open the window is broken off on the end and will not close the window. I eyed up the old part and incorrectly ordered item number 39-155. Now that I took out the old part I see the new one won't fit. Carefully match up the operator you are replacing to the pictured 39-147 right hand or the 39-146 left hand. If you still have trouble figuring it out please feel free to send us a photo of the operator.

If part of the operator is still attached to the handle and popping out from the gear it sound like the operator is broken. If this is the case the operator cannot be repaired only replaced.

I am trying to install a brand new 39-036 dyad window operator (right). The window opens to the left. After installtion, the window closes but still leaves a 6 inch gap. Does the operator and window have to be in a particular position for installation?
