39-083 Dual Arm Crank, 21-1/2"

Internal crank mechanism threads are stripped out of the hosing. Looks like I would need the whole unit with the arms I assume. Is there a replacement for this part? Arms straight out are 16-1/2" long.

On the underside of the arm, it has the number 40008. On the underside of the crank mechanism, it has the word "truth", "made in the USA" and the number 45002. I'm replacing this whole mechanism. I'm guessing I need the opening mechanism, the hook mounted on the window and the crank. The photos I su ... (cont.)

I need to order the crank, encasement and the bar it's completely frozen. I also need to fix my screens but need the locking mechanism.

Before I order, I believe part #39-083 would be the replacement for the broken one that I have but just wanted to verify with someone there if this is correct. Mine measures 21 1/2" and it looks to me like the holes line up. Thanks for your help. Art

Hello -- I live in a first floor condo unit. I have three small windows that crank out to open, and the far right window crank appears to be stripped. The 21'' matches, BUT the 7'' does not...mine is 5''. Will this work anyway? Can i have any help to replace this?

Not sure but seems a truth window operator. However, the dimension do not match. My operator is 21'' (picture 1052) and the front part where the handle goes (see picture 1051) is around 5''. The hook (see picture 1056) is a bit less than 4''. Any idea what could be the model? I also need some help ... (cont.)

Single crank turns 2 arms to open Window can crank out but assembly just unscrews and falls apart when you try to crank it in. Is there a replacement assembly?
