I have the lower tilting sash of a 30 year old Certainteed Single Hung window that needs the coils/assembly replaced. The sash is 33" wide and 30" height and weighs approximately 19 lbs.

Nothing but China on the cam.

I believe this is the part that hold the window up or down when moved. The string snapped so we need a new one. The ID number is included in one of the pictures (IMG_1019). Thank you!

Hello, I need to replace about 12 of these cranks and two of the window locks in this unique gold color. They are made by Weathershield and they no longer carry them in stock. I am wondering if you can track them down? Thanks!

I replaced my c.1985 Truth casement window operators on ten windows last year using 39-014 and 39-013 operators. I received the series 140 quick tilt balance kit. I watched the video with the needing a cutout. The video doesn't show where to make the cut out for the upper balance/shoe kit. I don't want to mess up the window and I can't find another video on line that shows where to make the cutout. They all ... (cont.)

I'm not sure who the window manufacturer is. I took a photo of some information printed on the window. Maybe the window was made by Allia? The channel balance has 31 4 stamped at the bottom. I'm looking for replacement channel balances.

These part are 31 years old. Stamped "Delmar Hardware Toronto". Wheels are 1-1/4" diameter and 3/8" wide. The whole cage is 5/8" wide, sits 1-5/8" tall and measures 5-3/4" hole to hole on the tangs. A string/pulley mechanism broke on a channel balance for one of the sashes of a 3060 Mull window. The other channel balance is still functional. The involved sash weighs 24.7 lbs. Balances in windows on home in SC built in 2000. No markings on glass, sash, sills nowhere. Upper sash doesn't move. Slides up and down and can open inwards and be removed. Thank you for any help in finding replacement balances.

I ordered two 9" window cranks (for R and L sides). Item #s were 39-021 and 39-020. I then ordered parts that actually attach on the window but they were the wrong thing. Not compatible with the cranks I purchased. What would be the appropriate item to order?

The pivot shoe is broken in a number of my tilted windows... However, I can't figure out how it's attached to the square balance mechanism. I'd appreciate any help.
