No info on part with broken handle. Other windows show Norco or Wright. Distance between holes is 1 7/8 inches. Bronze type finish. Also sent pic of window location. Believe it to be 50+ years old.

metal channel is 37" in length. All plastic ends found crack and deteriorated. Imprints indicate 3640CF and 3640AE with the letters B.S.I. next to the numbers.

I have broken balances on 20+ year old Anderson double tilt IGU windows. The channels are square and the feet are 1 1/2 inches. I cannot find exact replacements...especially the top part.

Hello, I am trying to determine if I need a S351 or S390. According to your website the S351 has a 1" shoe and the S390 has a 1 1/8" shoe. The channel balance I am trying to replace has a shoe that measures 1 1/16". Which one should I go with? Thank you!

Hello, My lock jammed recently and was unable to open sliding door. The lock wouldn't release without removal of handles and pushing pin back and forth with screw driver while turning lock. Have some sliding glass doors with rollers that appear to be built into the door frame - attached photo is the only part of the roller that appears to be removable. Roller still inside door frame inside molded part of the door and doesn't appear to be removable

Door is in North River Homes modular. Door is approximately 6'x6',and is thermopane with plastic divider between the sheets of glass. The modular was manufacture in 1985.
