Searching for HWLT 154I would like to find this part.

I have storm window panels on the inside of my crank out windows. I am looking for these metal clips to hold them in.

Pic shows broken clip from 25 year old window which is a little different from the ones being offered on your site. Is it possible to purchase one similar to attached pic?

The roller in the circa 1954 sliding glass door at my house in Phoenix, AZ needs to be replaced. Local repair companies do not have suppliers with the needed part(s). I am looking for parts please. Thank you.

I would like to key this pair of sliding glass doors. It now just has a lock from the inside only, and I want to open it with a key from the outside. Model is IGCC-CIG-3, IGMAC-C1G-3, 1-03. I have identified the required part as the 390 model. Here's the question. the metal balancer is 18", but stamped on the old part is 17A, indicating 17". Any idea as to why the variance?

Hi there! We have Mastic tilt windows (most seem to be from 1996). We have figured out that we have 5/8 spiral balances in our windows but are unsure of what shoes we need. All shoes in our windows seem to have a red piece of plastic in them and a piece of metal on the top.

I have one of these tilt window sash locks that is broken off. I did not see any labels anywhere on the windows. I do not see any way to access it to replace it. Any idea how to get into this or what I should do? Thank you.
