I need this handle set. The house was built in 1984.

need replacement of balance 2718 is stamped 28 inch having trouble sending you pictures, will try again Christine.

We received the lock for the window (90-278) but it is the wrong size for our window. I like to attach two pictures of the part of the lock that sits on staionary side of the window to show you the size and the shape of the lock. I like to return the lock you sent and get one like the picture show ... (cont.)

I purchased the S795-34B balance and the 1" t lock shoe, 15-194. They are too thick for my window channels. I have attached some photos of the originals Can you pinpoint the problem and suggest the parts I need?

grayish green color; I see "GA" on window locks; latches to release bottom window (one latch broken & need to replace); also the window glazing beads are warping from the sun/heat on 3-4 windows in the house. These spring balance devices have come loose and fell out from each side of my Certainteed window and I tried to reinstall them. Bottom screw post broke tried gluing with E-6000 no good, separated when put screw in

The piece where the handle crank goes over snapped off. Do I need to replace the entire module or can I just replace the piece? Thanks Mike
