These windows were done in a hotel remodel early 2000s but the owner is unsure of the window brand. They are looking to replace this crank style with a folding crank option if possible (something like 39-375). Any idea what product would work for that? I realize I'm not providing much to help. Trying to find replacement tilt latches that came off Ply Gem windows installed in 1999. They break when trying to release the latch. Dimensions roughly 2.645 inch by 0.685 inch in the top rectangle. What keeps the plastic pieace from moving when it's in the channel

These are markings on the operator and the operator handle on the inside.Letters and numbers are:WYNN 63.5LAI can't find these anywhere. Not in any hardware store ,not even in Home Depot.Please help.Thank you, William O

Do not know window manufacturer, but need to replace broken pivot shoe. Do not have measurements as it is in a rental unit and forgot to get measurement while there. Any suggestions? Already have balances S900-29 to replace existing damaged balances.

The first picture of shown is a hardware on the interior side of the window. When I open my windows, they always fall down a bit and I believe that is the cause. The second picture is the lock on the window. The last picture shows the windowsill.

What I need is the metal cam that goes in the pivot shoe and pivot bar I think the manufacturer is Guthrie glass

This part is located on the left side of the window. It keeps the window from tilting and it keeps the window tight so no air gets into the house.

My lock keeps locking upon closing. The only markings on the lock are "this side up" and "SA" stamped onto it. Ithe lock is 9 inches with a 12 inch cover/faceplate to it. The double latch are bout 7 inches when in the locked position. Thanks.
