We highly recommend removing the balance to check which product code was used.In the worst case scenario, if you can provide the measurements of the sash (width and height), we can try to dig through Andersen resources to find the answer. However, the quickest and most surefire way is to use the sam ... (cont.)

need to replace lock and key for sash controls door
Hello! I think I may recognize this part, but I've never seen one of these Sash Controls handles with two thumb lever holes the way yours is. Was the thumb lever centered between the two screw-holes, or was it off-set to one side?

The second time the balancers, which I thought were the correct ones, actually are a little weak and the sashes don't stay up. I need to replace four more balancers (b ... (cont.)

pella screen door
The latch on the screen door doesn't work that well. For the door to shut, we have to lift it up so that it catches on the other side. If the clear plastic part was a bit longer, I think it would work.

window latch mechanism
I don't have the hardware that used to be on the window, but thought these items measured pretty close -- and the cover matches my memory of the part. It's possible these parts will fit, but I don't think they are the right ones. There is a need for a third piece; the piece the latch connects to in ... (cont.)
