Need the correct channel and pivot shoe for MI Window.

Hello, I have a Certain Teed Slider that need the screen runner replaced. The piece below that is also broken. Can that be replaced or can I just epoxy that piece? I need the part quickly and I know your in NJ. It needs to be sent to Sea Isle City. Irene

Looks like this broken piece is 5/16" thick, and the oval opening is roughly .475 wide by .560 long. I'll also need the pivot bar and balance

Window opens from right, swings left. Number on back is OP05-7533-03.

I am sure this is the proper replacement part.....having trouble unloosening the side screw. Top screw is easy. Any hints on loosening that up aside fomr WD40?

Need balance sash for the attached photo. The length of the metal is exactly 35" and the width of the U channel is 3/8.

1/2 inch balancer, metal is 22 and 5/8 inches long, overall length is 25 inches (plastic tip to plastic tip), top plastic piece is 1 1/4 inches long, bottom plastic piece is 1 and 7/16 at its longest point. Window weight is approximately 23 pounds.

I SENT BACK SASH RELEASE LEVER 26-119. THE PRONGS ON THOSE WERE 8/16 FROM LEFT SIDE EDGE TO OUTSIDE EDGE OF SECOND ONE. MY OLD ONES WERE 5/16 FROM THE SAME. DO YOU HAVE THESE

I believe this is about half of the pivot pin. It has a tee head and is different from most of the ones I have seen. It is for a double hung window.

We're getting new window treatments on our patio door, and we'd like a handle that doesn't push out as far as the 2-1/4" we currently have. Our mounting screws are 3-1/2" apart. Would your 82-016 do the job for us?

Just purchased this house and these window pivots are breaking in half or off when opening or removing window. The material the pivots are made of it's almost like it's breaking down..
