This is the top clip for a window balancer for a non tilt window. The metal balancer has a marking "3030, b.s.i which is perpendicular to the 3030 then the letters NH in the same direction as the 3030. Bottom of exterior pull handle broken off. The spacing on the screw holes is about 4 inches. Door says it is a "ppg herculite k" sliding door. I have original (1949) casement windows throughout my home. They all have the crank openers that look like the picture I've attached. This balance has broken in several places and needs to be completely replaced. The track is 36 inches long x 1/2 inch square. The spring is 20 inches long.
