What screws are recommended for clip 70-209

Is this actually 3/8 size? I have ordered some of these from my local Anderson dealer and they come in at 5/8 and don't fit quite the same. The ones I have now have 3/8 stamped on them.

The windows were supposedly made by Philips. The latch is ok but the keeper is broken where the latch connects to the tang. hi, My part looks almost exactly like your 87-153 part, but has slightly different dimensions than yours. I have ordered 2 to try out but wanted to see how it fits before I order more.

I am trying to replace the top sash guides on three aluminum windows. The picture is of the only sash guide remaining on any of these windows. No manufacturer names or other identifying marks are found on the windows. thanks Lee

Here is a picture of my window. As you may be able to see, the back stopper part touches the window, but isn't long enough to block its movement. first 5 of ten pics of channel balances (can't find weight) 1st pic shows stamp on two of the three removed balances ... windows are double pane vinyl about 2'10" x 3'10" I am looking to replace the balances in 6 windows (all identical) the metal part measures 32" in length

Do you have a suitable replacement? The glazing is from windows installed in 1978. I have no further identifying information. It is possible that the brand is Crestline, but I can't confirm that.
