I have a old Entry Gard casement operator I need to replace. I have enclosed pictures for your review. Plus I have part numbers from the old system. I hope the numbers are of value! This casement window operator is from mid 1980's Measures 9 in arm from pivot to end. The size is the same as wood window crank as 39-020 except The crank handle is on the left side of a right hand operator. Any suggestions? Thanks Stan

The part number on the balance doesn't match any number on any list. It appears the part was made in Canada. Could that be the difference. The part number appears to be J17 5# 6-85.

Need to replace both channel balances on 34"w by 36"l Kinco windows. Unsure of actual length because bottom rusted away. Measures 34.5" into rusted area. Markings on side of balance say 34 2 K T CMC. I have a Viking window that has a 24" channel balance, with a winged top, but a non winged bottom, as seen in the pictures, will the part number S380-24 work with both winged top and bottom if I replace both? This Plastic piece has a 1/4" hole that is for the peg on the wood window its about 1 1/4" long 5/16" wide and about 3/8" thick. I would never have believed how difficult it would be to figure out what the right part number is to replace one of these balancers. I have removed the unit and none of the numbers stamped into the unit correlate to any number I've seen on any website (yours or Andersen's), nor do the "visible glass ... (cont.)

I made an order with you in April of 2013. This was for a window crank, 39-031 and 39-032. I own a hotel and for some reason someone needed the bracket that the crank snaps into on the under part of the window. Let me know if you need more information to help find this. Thanks Gregg ... (cont.)
