I purchased 2 of these storm doors in May 2010. On one of those doors the inside handle broke off in a few pieces. So I took it off and need a new one but not sure which one to order and very surprised that is just broke? Please advise if I can get a replacement. Thank You.

I wish to purchase replacement balances and top sash guides for my Alcan non-tilt windows installed late 1980s. See pictures included. I need help identifying proper replacement parts. i'm installing spiral balances, Series 500, for wooden non tilt windows. the double hung windows have never been fully installed with hardware.... I am purchasing the 17-012 bracket for the lower sashes. Do i use the same bracket for the top window sashes as well?

the stamp on my balance reads 29 6 LW CMC 7. its 1/2 inch 30" the s351 30 series. But I don't know what to order based on the balance stamp. please advise.

Hello, I could use help on finding and installing a broken latch on this older door. It looks as though the mortise lock is recessed enough within the vinyl trim it may be difficult to get out. Can you help? Thanks!

I need a 26 inch channel balance replacement. It looks like the 380 or 385 series. I don't know which option I need. On the channel balance is printed "25-9 IX CMC 11." Not sure what this means. Thanks Burke
