A small piece of medal which attaches to the rope which opens and closes the window. this piece is medal and has fallen apart...therefore the window will not stay up and also is hard to shut.

I am looking for the part that keeps the window up when its open.

I have purchased 23-301 Bi-fold door Bottom Pivot bracket. Do you have instructions for installing the accessories at the TOP of such a bi-fold door as it all collapsed. Thanks. Brenda
