How to install.
We ordered these and do not know how to install. The large screen seems to big and the small nail too small. how do you install these???? There is no information at all. The pivot lock shoe I have locks to the jamb width wise (1-1/4") and is all white Will this cam (15-121) work since it locks the jam thickness wise (9/16")?

T handle/Faux wood blinds
I would like to install new faux wood blinds at my kitchen windows. However, the crank handles stick out too far to allow the blind to lay flat on the window sill. Correct length for a S900 Spiral balance
The length,(the best I can tell from measurement of the broken spiral balance)I need to replace is 28.5" Should I order a 28" or a 29" spiral length from Swisco? We look forward to your speedy reply.

Channel Balances & Sash Weights
If my window is weighted at 20 lb. and the channel balance is 32" long and 1/2" wide and the top and shoe attachment looks just like the series 380; should I get a pair of 3110 (for ten lb each) or 3120 (for twenty lb total) to replace the two old balancers? Questions regarding the top mounting hole
There appears to be a mounting hole on the top of this assembly. What is the distance from that hole to the non-wheel end of the part? Is there a bottom view available? THERMAL-GARD pivot shoes

No number on Balance
I can not find a number my channel balance. It appears identical to the model S372-19. What are the various options 1810, 1820, 1830, 1840 mentioned? How do these options add too or change the balance?

Mortise Lock Anti-Slam Button
The external tab on my anti-slam button (A-shaped internal metal part within the mortise lock assembly) has sheared off. Can I purchase the anti-slam button part separately or do I have to purchase an entire 82-238 mortise lock assembly?
