I can't determine if it is a 5/16 or an 11/32 spline and the marking inside the TRUTH handle is a 3

Door serial number 64504102.111030521. The original retainer strip is part #120232810D in cranberry. However I can accept any other color including black, part #120232805D. Please advise if you can provide either of these parts for purchase.Thank You, Jerry

Windows were installed late 2014 by Sears Co Vinal dual Paine folding in and out , the metal bars have markings ( 22G BSI ) on them. I can't find anywhere on line

I saw two Swisco videos about changing my pile weather stripping and changing my internal tilt latch. I don’t see how I can cut into the frame to remove the weatherstripping, or take off the top of the window frame since there is no screw on the side (see photos) and it looks welded to the re ... Handle doesn't latch anymore. Would like to replace. Door was made by National Pride brand.

The latch mechanism inside this door has stopped working regularly. If you pull out on the lever while sliding up and down, it will work sometimes, otherwise nothing happens when moving the lever up and down. Is there a replacement assembly that can replace this one?
