Our K&K windows are about 25 years old. We have a small bathroom window with a stripped handle. The handle is shorter than the on on our regular windows. When we purchased out home one of the great features was the windows. All are Casement. Two of the window operators broke within a month of each other. The Truth arm operator work on all my windows, but handles on 3 of the 5 windows spin. The handle is made by weathershield in Medford Wisc. and it does not have a set screw on the bottom. Do you have this handle? Thank you, Mike F
