15-043 Terminal clip

I have 4 year old vinyl double pane windows they tilt out and can be moved for cleaning both inside and out, however on several of the windows the "pulley"is jammed and won't move, so I can't move or completely close the window... I am at my wits end. Please help!

I need the part the terminal clip is "locked " into (above) to allow window to go up/down correctly. What part do i need?

Need to replace this balancer. Window from house built in 1999.. Aluminum with mason army flange. Approx 52" x 55". On side of balancer. U.??? E 24-D-40, then below 22-??-97 Notice the wedge at the end of the string. This attaches to the tilt brake. .

Hello, I'm trying to find these parts, there is no name or numbers on the parts, but it's for a vinyl replacement window. We think it's a shoe balance, but we're not sure.

need a 29 inch channel balance (ribbed) to fit a 15-212 Swisco Pivot Shoe for a 25 lbs tilt window (sash).

Window is hard to open and close. Channel balance is 25" and only markings are 2500 and BSL. It has a clip attached similar to 15-043. I have also attached the pivot shoe which looks very similar to 15-129. I assume I can use my existing pivot bars.

need replacement balance will 770 work this one is 1/2 wide x 9/16 depth does metal shoe # 15-043 come with this

Hello, the stamp on my balance reads: 12KL B.S.I. pj The balance seems to measure 9/16" wide and 1/2" deep. I tried to replace it with a 12B JE.
