Can't seem to find this part in your web site. Please help. There is no channel. It all just sits in the window with a piece of plastic that covers it.

i do not see any number or markings on the balance its 27 1/8 inch.how do I find the replacement? thanks

For Florida extruders windows. Also besides the channel I need the vinyl parts to hide the channel the sun has turned them very brittle. Do you have such parts?

Please let me know uf you carry the correct parts for my broken balances. The markings on the balances are 26D BSI and 26F BSI I do not believe that my shoes need to be replaced but maybe you can offer some advice based on the photos and installation advice or window specialists in the area who wil ... The hook on the spring assembly has been broken. As well as the L hook at the bottom of the window pane. Please identify these parts so I can get replacements and fix it, thanks in advance

I need to replace Channel Balances for tilt windows similar to your Series 770 (plain channel with spring on top, block & tackle pulley on bottom with 15-043 Terminal Clip which attaches to 15-129 Pivot Lock Shoe.) Mine are 36F for heavy 39 lb. sash. Your 36 goes to D weight. What are my options? ... (cont.)

The S770-29 looks like its the one I need. The existing unit is a 3050 single hung. Please see attached picture of stamp on existing balances. It says 2900 BSI LD. Also, I just want to make sure the terminal clip comes included attached with each balance. Thanks, Tommy

Hi as you can see from photos total length from top to bottom when pushed together is a total of 22 1/4 inches long From top of black peice to center white is a total of 11 1/4 inches The rod only is a total of 21 1/4 inches So my question is if overal length is 22 1/4 inches what size do I order ...
