For Traco tilt sash metal window frame. The shoe goes with a Series 85 tilt balance. I am trying to find the correct replacement shoe.

Have a tilt window with broken spiral balance on right side. Various connecting pieces broken both sides and on the window itself. I can identify the pictures if needed. I had 10 pictures. Hoping to sent the rest in 2nd message.

28" spiral balance, Red tip, 9/16" wide tube. No markings on the tube. Windows are 22 years old, were from a company in New Jersey, and sold to Hovnanian builders and installed in new home construction. Definitely contractor grade windows at best.

Greetings I have already replaced the pivot shoes. My issue is actually getting the window into place. Not sure the brand, but these spring lifts are failing. Each of six sash is 23x27", insulated glass. One photo shows a part number. Would one of your products likely adapt to fit?
