15-046 Pivot Shoe, 1/2" Thick

The part is 2" tall, 1-1/4" wide and 9/16" thick.

In the picture I have included, the left side of the widow is vinyl and the right side is vinyl but much larger. I think I can cut the left side and get the shoe out. Do you have vinyl sash stops 3/4" that would fill in the cut? Am I doing the correct thing by cutting the left side. Greg ... (cont.)

I purchased the 15-046 for my window. The height and thickness are the same as the broken one (2" X 1/2"). However, the width for the one I need is 1" and the 15-046 is 1 1/4". Is there a pivot shoe available that is 1/2" thick with a height of 2" and 1"wide?

Do you have replacement parts for sale? I have windows with the spiral balance. The part the balance fits in needs to be replaced. I can try to send photos of parts needed. Greg

Looking for replacement pivot shoe and spiral balances for a double hung tilt window. The pivot shoe appears to be 2.25" tall x 1.25" wide and the spiral balance is 30". Any help finding parts ?
