I just bought 12 spiral window balances (red tips). I forgot the pivot shoes. I don't know which one is for my 25byear windows, Please review the photo and feel free to see the measurements of the spiral balances I just purchased, if that helps.

Folks,we bought a house with 20 year old replacement windows. The original installer was Bristol Aluminum from Bristol, RI. I bought this house 14 years ago and all windows are brown made by unknown manufacturer. I know that the spiral balance rods are red tip 5/8" this, some 27" long and others 24. the only thing I am not sure about are the pivot lock shoes. Privet lock shoe

There is no brand tag on these windows. The factory put the spiral balances into the center slot, which is the weakest option. That pinched of the angle slots down, so I guess we'll change out the shoes. This looked exactly like a Great Lakes s shoe from my stock, but I don't find this one in your ... (cont.)

Looking for two replacement pivot shoes for the upper sash. Also, I cannot see any breaks in the track for shoe removal, so will likely need advise and/or a jamb spreader. Jamb overlap on each side appears to be 1/8"+. Will jambs have that range of play to spread? Looking to get parts FedEx'd to sa ... (cont.)

I believe this is broken. I need replacement. There is not identification. Roughly 1/2" thick, 2" high, 1 1/4" wide. I need a spiral balance for this as well with charging tool kit.

Please look into this part and send me the part no. w=1.25 l=1-7/8' and thickness= 1/2"

I'm looking to replace the balances on an original window in our 1999-built home. I believe it is a non-tilt sash window (vertical slide) and appears to have spiral balances. Any help/advice you could offer would be most welcome. Thanks! - Jeff

Here is the picture. Need 4 balances and 4 shoes. Balances are 28"long x 9/16" wide x 1/2" high and the shoes are 1 1/4 x 2 1/8 x 1/2" Thank you

This items are used on Silverline windows from the early nineties. I'd like to get six of the window clips 1291, 6 of the tilt mechanisms 1289, six of tiltrod holders 1293&1293.
