Please help me find parts that will work for this window and provide pricing. my mistake the diameter of the rod is .560 inch and is out of round. thank you

Bottom glass of the window: Spring tub length 37in. Tube diameter 1/2 in. Pivo shoe length 2in. Pivot shoe wide 1-1/4 in. See picture. Part Upper glass of the window: Spring tub length 35in shorter then the lower glass Others measurements are the same as the bottom one

Images show balance and shoe. Sleeve of balance is 21". Window height are 41". I did not see a color at the bottom of the sleeve.Shoe size is 2" tall x 1 1/4" Wide x 1/2" and the color is blue.PLEASE HELP!Carmen

Somebody ripped the tilt windows out forcefully breaking may parts and in some instances the windows...how do I find out what series the windows are to make sure I order the correct size replacement parts?
