Good Afternoon, After watching your videos I still can not remove my tilt window sash. The two locating pins at the base of the sash seem to be totally enclosed in the sash springs.

Can't find any markings

The tilted part of the window is all vinyl weighs approximately 20 pounds. The right hand top tilt latch is damaged. The Pivot bars were both rusted out they are 3"long. It looks like my pivot shoe is #15-046. It's definitely thicker than 3/8 but not thicker than 1/2. Trying to also find bottom weather stripping. It has an adhesive backing, and I don't see anything like that posted on your website.

Hi. I need a replacement balance for a tilt window. It looks like your 765 balance and 15-046 shoe. My problem is I cant figure out how to remove the broken shoe.
