Good afternoon, I spoke with someone last week about my window troubles and looking for some help. Haven't been able to open the window for years and it's time to fix it. I'm very handy around the house and will fix them myself if able. Thanks in advance

the spirals are orange tips 5/8"and 16" long. I couldn't find the other parts in your lists. I think the carriers can be reused (just remove the rusted broken part) but I need the shafts. I can refit if new parts need to be adjusted. I have ordered parts from you before.

Hello, my windows has old 17/32" pivot shoes and I'd like to replace those with 1/2" (16/32) for less friction. Would this be an issue?! Thanks

The tilted part of the window is all vinyl weighs approximately 20 pounds. The right hand top tilt latch is damaged. The Pivot bars were both rusted out they are 3"long.
