Unsure of model or year (another window from same era shows "Series 151 on the NAMI sticker). Need a shoe and 2 spiral balances and need to identify which replacement part would fit. Spiral balance Length: 29" Tube diameter: 1/2 or 5/8 (a bit deformed) Color: see picture

Tried the cut out method to install pivot shoe. it's impossible to get the pivot shoe in Im using. #15-046. Do you have any suggestions?

I Can't remember the manufacturer but they are out of business. they are standard builder grade bottom only tilt out. i have a total of two window with this problem. what do you advise? there were no identifying numbers i could see. Thank you.

Hi Swisco - i'm unsure of which pivot bar to buy for this window. As you can see there is a lot of rust and the current pivot bar has basically disintegrated and some parts are inside the lower portion of the window. We have Patriot windows that were installed in 1996. The two bathroom windows will not stay open. The pivot shoes are broken on both windows. The Casing where the coil is stored has a red tip.
