Slide down window plastic part as shown by arrow. Mine now is broken. I wonder if you have replacement for this. Thanks, George

Hi Swisco - i'm unsure of which pivot bar to buy for this window. As you can see there is a lot of rust and the current pivot bar has basically disintegrated and some parts are inside the lower portion of the window. We have Patriot windows that were installed in 1996. The two bathroom windows will not stay open. The pivot shoes are broken on both windows. The Casing where the coil is stored has a red tip. The length of the tube casings are 28 1/4" and 23". There is also the color blue on the pivot shoe jus ... (cont.)

Good afternoon, I spoke with someone last week about my window troubles and looking for some help. Haven't been able to open the window for years and it's time to fix it. I'm very handy around the house and will fix them myself if able. Thanks in advance

the spirals are orange tips 5/8"and 16" long. I couldn't find the other parts in your lists. I think the carriers can be reused (just remove the rusted broken part) but I need the shafts. I can refit if new parts need to be adjusted. I have ordered parts from you before.

Hello, my windows has old 17/32" pivot shoes and I'd like to replace those with 1/2" (16/32) for less friction. Would this be an issue?! Thanks
